These terms apply to all apps published by benavo (operated by Elias Frehner, Switzerland) and to this website (benavo.ch). By downloading or using any benavo app, you agree to these terms.
2. License
benavo apps are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or redistribute any app or part of it.
3. In-app purchases
Some apps offer optional one-time unlock purchases processed through Apple's App Store. These purchases are non-refundable and subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. Once purchased, unlocked features are yours permanently — there are no subscriptions.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
All apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use our apps at your own risk.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, benavo and Elias Frehner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use any benavo app or this website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our apps after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
